Large and fully equiped modern kitchen. 3 Bedrooms (of which only 2 are for rent)

with 2 bathrooms, a roof terrace of 150 m2 too, with a beautiful seaview.

Only a 15 minute drive to the Golfclub, also a 15 minute drive from the mundane

Porto San Giorgo, 2,5 hours travel to Rome, 45 minutes from Ancona and last but not least,

a 5 minute drive to sea.

April, may and october:

€ 840 a week based on 4 persons

June and september:

€ 1050  a week based on 4 persons

July and August:

€ 1260  a week based on 4 persons

Christmas, Easter and Spring holidays:

€ 1050 a week based on 4 persons

All other dates not mentioned above go at € 85,- a night.

If you reserve for just two persons, we´ll provide you with a 25 percent discount, except for the months july and august.

(Sheets and towels are included in the rent, for cleaning the house we charge you with a one time fee of € 65,-)

Pets and small children are not allowed due to the roof terrace.
